    Bob manages the resources and operations of CAPR, making corporate decisions, and acting as the main point of contact between the board of directors, staff, and the public. He also leads the ideation, planning, and implementation of new and long-term business strategies that will position CAPR as leaders in their industry.
  • Diana SinnigeLead, Policy & Governance

    Diana conducts evidence-based policy research, development and analysis, supporting the Chief Executive Officer, Canadian physiotherapy regulators, the Board of Directors and the Governance & Nominations Committee. Diana evaluates national and international policy, legislation and trends affecting governance, professional regulation and the practice of physiotherapy in Canada. She leads and participates in a range of projects and working groups to ensure a coordinated approach to policy that reflects the priorities of the Board, its Committees and those of pan-Canadian physiotherapy regulators.

Corporate Services

  • Monique PorlierCorporate Director, Finance and Operations

    Monique is responsible for the organization and coordination of corporate service operations to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency of CAPR. This includes oversight of financial information management and processing procedures, administrative cost containment and expense controls, financial reporting, payroll information management, facilities management, and information system equipment management. Monique also provides leadership to projects, work groups and staff.
  • Lovel DhirManager, Human Resources

    Lovel is responsible for maintaining and enhancing all aspects of CAPR’s human resources. This includes advising on the development, maintenance, review and continuous improvement of the organizational structure; management of organizational change; the provision of HR advice to management and staff; oversight of compensation and total rewards; and, the continuous development and review of human resource policies and the performance management program.

Evaluation Services

  • Brandi ParkNational Director of Evaluation Services

    National Director of Evaluation Services sets the strategic direction for both the Credentialling and the Examinations Programs. Develops policy and establishes efficient and effective systems to implement these strategies on a pan-Canadian basis. Provides leadership and expertise to program staff and committees.
