Credentialling Status Update

Credentialling Status updates will no longer be available on this page as of October 22, 2020. CAPR is in the process of transitioning to an electronic database, and applicants will be able to view real-time status updates through a client portal beginning in 2023. CAPR will provide detailed information about how to use the client portal when it is operational.
