Respect in the Workplace

CAPR has Zero Tolerance for Abusive or Aggressive Behaviour.

Our staff come to work to protect the public and provide exemplary client care, and it is important for all members of the public and our staff to be treated with courtesy and respect.

CAPR has a Respect in the Workplace Policy which means that aggressive, violent or harassing behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Anyone delivering abusive or aggressive language to members of staff in person, over the phone or in writing will be advised that this behaviour will not be tolerated.  Any further violation of this policy will result in a thorough investigation of the issue and action will be taken commensurate with the concern.
